| "American Pie" Chris Klein Arrested For Drunk Driving Posted: 16 Jun 2010 07:55 AM PDT  American Pie star Chris Klein has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of drunken driving.
The California Highway Patrol pulled over Klein around 3:13AM after he was spotted weaving across lanes on the Hollywood Freeway. He also failed the field sobriety test. (June 16) According to TMZ, the law enforcement found Chris Klein's blood alcohol registered at .20 level. Legal limit is is .08. Klein has a previous DUI conviction in 2004 and it seems he is facing Jail time for being involved in another DUI. [Photo courtesy by Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images]
