| Russell Brand Files for Divorce from Katy Perry! Posted: 30 Dec 2011 05:42 PM PST  Just a shy away before ending 2011, comedian Russell Brand has decided to end his marriage and filed for divorce from his wife, singer Katy Perry! Citing "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce papers filed Friday at Los Angeles Superior Court, Russell said in a statement:
Breakup reports sparked after the couple had "a massive fight" just before Christmas and instead of flying her family to Brand's hometown for the holidays, the singer decided to spent the holiday in Hawaii.
