Hello Divas!
It is okay to want more and be ambitious. I know I do. But we also have to learn to be content where we are currently in life and live in the moment. We all have seasons in life...it is all for a reason.
A few weeks ago I did a post on Juice Beauty's Green Apple Peel. I am in love with this peel and it has did wonders on my skin. I have also been using Juice Beauty's Cleansing Milk and Green Apple Antioxidant Moisturizer. As I previously stated, Juice Beauty is an organic skin care line that is certified organic, and free of parabens, petroleum, propylene or butylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, pesticides, phthalates, artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances.
The Cleansing Milk is specially formulated for very sensitive skin and has a very "milky" texture. It is very gentle and non-abrasive. I have been using it for 2 months and it cleanse and moisturizes my skin very nicely. However, it does not foam or lather and I am not a fan of non-lathering cleansers. I always feel like they are not cleaning my skin. But I can attest that it does cleanse and leave your skin smooth. It retails for $22.
The Green Apple Antioxidant Moisturizer is also specially formulated for normal, oily, or mature skin. It is antioxidant rich and contains certified organic apple, lemon and grape juices, with nourishing essential fatty acids, age-defying alpha lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, Vitamin C, peptides and DMAE. It claims to reduce radical damage by 59% and increase hydration by 30%. My take? It is very light and easily absorbs into my skin. My skin is looking better so all is good. It does keep my skin hydrated very well. More importantly, it has not caused any major break outs and that is always a plus for me. It retails for $45.
In conclusion, I have been very pleased with the Juice Beauty line. I love the Green Apple Peel. The Cleansing Milk is good but not my type of product. I prefer foaming cleansers. And the Green Apple Antioxidant moisturizer is pretty good. The great thing about Juice Beauty products is that they are certified organic. The products are a bit pricier than most skin care lines, but because of the organic certification and results they are certainly worth the price.

Juice Beauty: Green Apple Peel
Hello Divas!
Always do your absolute best. Give 100%. Regardless of the outcome, you know you did your best.
I am always in search of good facial products. I have oily skin and always need to cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize to keep my skin balanced. But my skin is also very very sensitive, so I am very careful to choose facial products that are for sensitive skin, natural or organic. So when I was offered the opportunity to test, Juice Beauty's, Green Apple Peel, I was more than excited. You see Juice Beauty is an organic skin care line that is certified organic, and free of parabens, petroleum, propylene or butylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, pesticides, phthalates, artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances. So you can rest assured when using Juice Beauty products, you are only getting the purest ingredients on the planet.
The Green Apple Peel is beyond amazing. It contains potent alpha and beta hydroxy acid complex (the good stuff!) with certified organic apple, lemon, grape, raw cane sugar and willow bark. The recommended use is once per week, but I have been using it twice a week because my skin needed some serious rejuvenation. After washing and toning my face, I apply a thick layer of the Green Apple Peel to my face and neck. I let it sit for 15 minutes. During the 15 minute wait, it does tingle but only a little bit. I rinse and my skin feels baby smooth and is definitely brighter. It is awesome! The formula is light weight and because it is organic, my sensitive skin loves it. I have been using the product for 4 weeks and I have not experienced any irritation or break outs.
Juice Beauty's Green Apple Peel retails for $45 dollars. You can purchase it online here or at any Whole Foods.

Fun Fridays! Do you use Organic Skincare Products?
Hello Divas!
Are you ready for the three day weekend? The only thing I will do is rest and I am so ready!
Organic skin care products are really popular right now. My girl, Kitiya of Mischo Beauty, loves Juice Beauty, an organic skin care line found at Whole Foods. I was discussing the products via Twitter with a Twitter friend and she was raving about the products! She said they were really making a difference in skin.
Well of course this proclamation caused me to start researching the benefits of using certified organic skin care products. I buy some organic foods for my kids, but I never thought about using organic products for my skin. Well some of the benefits are:
1. Most organic skin care products contain essential plant oils that contain natural active ingredients that nourish the skin. Some plant oils are Argan, Avocado, Hemp, Jojoba, etc.
2. The products are paraben, aluminum, silicon, synthetic fragrances or colourants free.
3. The products are biodegradable and involves no polluting transformation processes and no tests on animals.
So when using Organic beauty products you are being good to your skin and the environment. Nice!
Also, a lot of the organic beauty skin care lines feature floral waters. Floral Waters are a combination of water and distilled fresh or dried plants. I love floral waters. They are to be used after you cleanse your face and they give your skin hydration, healing properties, and provide instant soothing. But what I really love about floral waters is that they just smell good!
So do any of you Divas use organic skin care products? If so, what is your favorite brand? I need some recommendations.
