Spears, who turned 30 last Dec. 2, is now renting a 10,000 square foot estate situated on a 1.8 acre lot. The rent price tag --- $25,000 a month! This extravagant home has a professional chef's kitchen, library, family rooms, private gym, home theater and a huge game room with its own pub. The outdoor area features an infinity pool and spa with water features and an outdoor kitchen with a covered eating area.
