| Former Miss USA arrested on drunken driving charge Posted: 06 Dec 2011 05:37 PM PST  Failing to handle the spirit of alcohol, former Miss USA Rima Fakih was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on Saturday (December 3) in a Detroit. The Associated Press reports that the police pulled over 26-year-old Fakih after "weaving in heavy traffic and changing lanes without using a turn signal." Officers found a half-full wine bottle was on the floorboard behind the driver's seat. Her blood alcohol level registered at 0.19 percent and a 0.20 percent (legal limit is .08). But before failing the two breath tests, it seems Fakih tried her charm to the police by "immediately identifying herself as Miss USA."
