Night Spot Dress at Modcloth!

Doing my daily run at Modcloth,  I found the Night Spot Dress. This dress is spot on (excuse the pun, I couldn't help myself.) The asymmetry,  draped cowl neck and over-sized dots make the tunic both flirty and playful. Though I doubt I will wear it as a dress, it will make an equally cute tunic over some white leggings or white skinnies.
