In this video, Miley is wearing tank top and underwear as she rolls around in bed and went straight to the bathroom. She also joined other people dancing and grinding at a nightclub. Miley is just keeping up the sexiness with her previous "Can't Be Tamed" video and can't wait to be 18 years-old which is just around the corner. "Who Owns My Heart" is her second single from third studio album "Can't Be Tamed" album.  |
