| Jaime Pressly Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charges Posted: 04 Feb 2011 05:24 PM PST  Actress Jaime Pressly will need a strong argument that she's not driving drunk during her January 5 arrest despite failing the field sobriety test because she just pleaded not guilty to the charges in an L.A. courtroom on Friday (Feb 4). Jaime was officially charged with DUI and during her arrest, her alcohol level registered .22, nearly three times the legal limit (The legal limit in California is .08).
