Carol's Daughter Hair Milk: Gorgeous Hair!

I hope your day is beautiful! It is warming up a bit here in Atlanta. Yes! I am currently loving Carol's Daughter Hair Milk. Now I don't use it on my hair yet. But I have been using it on luxe baby's hair and her hair is GORGEOUS! Carol Daughter's Hair Milk is phenemenal. Most importantly, it is all natural.
This is all important when using it on luxe baby. It contains lemongrass, Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamins C and E, and Lily of the Valley for an awesome fragrance. And Divas it smells so good! Fun Fridays! Revlon Fantasy Lengths False Eyelashes
Hello Divas!
I hope life has been wonderful! It is back to freezing weather here in Atlanta. Well tonight I hope to attend a hot event...if I get a sitter. lol! If I do attend this event, I am going to wear my Revlon Fantasy Lengths "falsies" or false eyelashes.
I am currently obsessed with these eyelashes. Why? Because I can go from drab to glam in about 15 minutes! False eyelashes are great for a formal event or paired with lip gloss and jeans while shopping. In my opinion, false eyelashes are the ultimate accessory! Revlon's Fantasy Lengths eyelashes come in multiple styles, self-adhesive or with glue, and they are affordable! They are only $6 at CVS or your local drugstore.
Revlon's self-adhesive falsies are my favorite. I personally do not like dealing with glue. I leave the glue to the pros! lol! Here is my technique to applying them perfectly:
I simply remove the lashes from their container,
I then hold the lashes up to my eye and make sure they fit (if not, I can trim them),
Next, I carefully and with a lot of patience place the lashes on top of my lashes and close to the base of my eyelashes as possible,
Lastly, using patience, I take my fingertips and carefully press the eyelashes cm by cm securely to the base of my eyelashes. Remember patience is the key!
Once the lashes are secure, ooh la la! I add a touch of lip gloss and go! In addition, they are so easy to remove. With patience, carefully remove the lashes from your eye. Simple. Also Revlon Fantasy Lengths Eyelashes are reusable! Simply place them back in their container that is shaped like perfectly curved eyelashes. This container helps the lashes retain their shape.

Hot Drugstore Find of the Week!: Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme

How is your Wednesday going? I hope fantabulous! Okay I have discovered another hand cream that I LOVE! Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme is a great drugstore brand find! My friend Chamele let me use her Burt's Bees Hand Repair Creme and I was pretty impressed. So this weekend, I went to CVS to find it. However, while at CVS, I realized that Burt's Bees had several hand cremes or salves to choose from.
I chose the Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme because of the packaging (it comes in a cute little jar) and the smell. It smells just like sweet almonds! Yummy! This hand creme is sooooo hydrating. You only need a finger tip size amount to completely moisturize your hands. The creme is thick and creamy. And of course it is all natural. The ingredients include sweet almond oil, beeswax, kaolin, grapefruit extract and aloe juice. After one application of this hand creme, my hands are chapped free all day! Thakoon On Clearance at Target!
Hello Divas!
I hope your three day weekend was fun fun fun! Mine was so so. My hubby and son caught luxe baby's stomach flu. Ugh! Other than that, I did have a ton of fun shopping on Friday. Target was one of my stops and all of their Thakoon items are on sale. If you don't know by now, Thakoon is the Thai American fashion designer who created the famous floral dress Michelle Obama wore the night President Obama accepted the DNC nomination.
He is known for his feminine designs that are timeless, classic, and romantic! Well he created a line for Target and this black and white dress was on my MUST HAVE list!
Isn't it just gorgeous? Well the picture does not do it any justice! First the quality of the cotton is outstanding. Very sturdy. Also the neckline, 3/4 sleeves, and length are reminiscent of the 50s. The floral pattern is innovative and the pleats add a flirty romantic touch. The belted waist allows me to show off my waist and curves, but subtly and in good taste. I will have this dress for years! I can wear it to work (with pumps), on a date (white open-toe pumps), or running errands (ballet flats). And it has POCKETS! LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress! Well this dress originally retailed for $40 and I purchased mine for $27. It was the last one left and in my size! It was meant to be. Plus Target is having a sale on all Thakoon items. Valentine's Day Must Haves!

Happy Pre-Valentine's Day! Ladies I know most of you are getting ready for the big day! Today I am going to the hair and nail salon! Whoohoo! In celebration of this all important holiday, here a few must haves every Diva should have on Valentine's Day! Enjoy!
1. A sexy seductive hot scent. Personally I love Tom Ford's Black Orchid or Lancome's Magnifique. Wear either scent and I promise he will give you kisses all night!
2. False Eyelashes. Valentine's Day is a special night so go for the dramatic. False eyelashes will give you a sexy look and you can continually bat those babies over a candlelit dinner. My personal favorites are Revlon's Fantasy Lengths Eyelashes. The flirty lashes in this product line are outstanding! They are so easy to apply and a breeze to remove.
3. Luminous skin. To achieve a beautiful natural glow use Benefit Cosmetics Lust Duster Shimmer Powder in Nugget. You can mix this powder with your facial moisturizer for an all over glow. Also you can mix it with your body moisturizer and apply it to your collar bone and decolletege. In addition, use coconut oil for a full body sheen.
4. Chocolates. Whether you are a Godiva or Hersey's fan, chocolates are a must! For the past 3 years, I have had chocolate-covered fortune cookies. I purchase Emily's Chocolate Covered Fortune Cookies from.....CVS! The chocolate is so rich and creamy and they come in the cutest Valentine's Day box. They retail for $5! A MUST MUST HAVE. They are so yummy!
5. Champagne. This is not the day to go for the cheap stuff. My Valentine's Day tradition includes a bottle of Moet's Nectar Imperial. It is a better quality than their White Star version and it is so delish! The hints of peach are very strong. Mmmmmm!

NARS Blush: Lovejoy

I hope you all are having a beautiful day! Two more days until Valentine's Day! I am so excited. Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays! Well I have discovered a new NARS Blush that I LOVE and I will wear it on Valentine's Day. NARS Blush in Lovejoy. It is a deep bronzy color with a hint of rose.
It looks great on my skin. Seriously, it looks better on my skin than the NARS Luster blush, which I also love! As you can see, I am collecting NARS blushes. LOL! I am always amazed that I can find a NARS product that I have not tried or overlooked and it is equally as awesome as every other NARS product I own. I so heart NARS! I hope your day is gorgeous and wonderful! I spent the night in the ER with luxe baby and I am exhausted. Luxe baby has a stomach virus. Boo! She is too cute to be sick! LOL! However, using my Boots Amazon Forest Brazil Nut and Vanilla Body Butter after my shower, did give me a little pick me up! Now I actually purchased this body butter from Target and for only $10.00 it is a true steal! What I love most about this body butter is the smell. It is so scrumptious it smells like a decadent piece of candy.
It has a very intense vanilla and Brazilian nut scent. The body butter has a very thick consistency and you only have to use a small amount to hydrate your skin. Also this body butter contains natural and organic ingredients. Natural Brazil nut oil and Organic Vanilla are core ingredients. And did I mention it is only $10! A similar tub of body butter at the Body Shop goes for $20! So Boots body butter is a nice alternative if you are on a budget! In addition, Boots has several body butters in varying scents! Hot Drugstore Find of the Week: Lumene Time Freeze Instant Lift Serum
Hello Divas!
I hope you are having a fabulous day! Believe it or not, it is 15 degrees in Atlanta. Wow! As you know, I have been using Lumene products for 6 weeks now and I love them! As part of my weekly mini-facial routine, I use Lumene's Time Freeze Instant Lift Serum for an intense facial treatment.
As described by Lumene, this Serum is like a face lift in a bottle. It temporarily decreases wrinkles, plumps your skin and gives your face a healthy glow. Does it live up to the hype? In my opinion yes! The Serum is very light weight, so it does not clog my pores. It does give my face a nice healthy glow. In addition, my frown lines do seem less pronounced. New Scent: YSL's Elle

I hope your day is filled with love and beauty! I am so cold here in Atlanta and I am running errands all day for the kids. Doctor appointments, grocery store, and school activities. Whew! Well today I am wearing a new scent that I recently fell in love with. It is YSL's Elle.
This scent is light yet seductive, flirty yet spicy. I love the contrasts of this scent! I know I can wear it to the office but also on a hot date night with the hubby! Curel Natural Healing Soothing Moisture Lotion
Hello Divas!
I hope your Monday has started well! Last week I ran out of my absolute fav hand cream, L'Occitane, and was frantically looking for something to moisturize my hands. I found a sample of Curel's Natural Healing Soothing Moisture Lotion in my make-up drawer.
I must say I am pretty impressed. The lotion instantly moisturized my hands and got rid of the scaly ashy look. In addition, I only had to apply the lotion one time and my hands stayed soft and moisturized all day! Plus the lotion is infused with lavender, chamomile, and oatmeal extracts.
